Sportsbet.io Sign Props Deal with Digital Sports Tech

Sportsbet.io have recently signed a deal with Digital Sports Tech (DST), a next generation sport betting product developer, to supply the Bitcoin sportsbook with their unique Player Props betting product. The new product will utilize advanced technology to allow any player to create custom proposition bets across an array of sports and statistical data.

The deal between DST and Sportsbet.io is only one in a series of recently signed agreements which saw the developers supply their products to a number of major brands, including Ladbrokes, Coral and Fonbet. Thus far, the product has already gone live across Europe, Australia and Latin America, and Sportsbet.io will be the Bitcoin sportsbook to incorporate it in its platform.

A New Type of Betting Product

The new Player Props product allows for the creation of customized prop bets that are dynamically calculated to produce the most accurate odds. With the product, players will be able to create entirely unique prop bets that range from simple score-based player bets on an upcoming event to combining points from several players across multiple events at a pre-defined date. Each bet created will also be automatically resulted with the help of the proprietary algorithm, in real time.

With the help of DST, Sportsbet.io will be able to provide customers betting markets that are nowhere else to be found, without using any manpower of their own. Player Props will also help the operator grow its user base, thanks to custom features like social media integration tools that would allow users to share their custom bets across popular platforms.

For now, Bitcoin sports bettors will only be able to place bets on football, basketball, baseball, and American football, but also less Sportbet’s less frequented events from the Rugby League and Aussie Rules football leagues. And thanks to Sportsbet’s popularity in Asian markets, the Player Props product will be able to expand and reach new audiences across the globe.

The First Bitcoin Operator to Include DST’s “Player Props”

According to Digital Sports’ executive director, Ari Lewski, the new agreement was the first signing of a Bitcoin sports betting operator, but also one that would help the company expands its global footprint. He adds that Player Props will allow the operators create the ultimate custom betting experience that many of them have been heavily in pursuit of, and allow for the creation of millions of unique markets.

Chris Uren, Sportsbook head at Coingaming.io, Sportsbet’s Bitcoin platform, also commented on the deal by saying that they [the company] have been researching how to best customize their user experience for a while, and Player Props was the most effective solution. He adds that the company is “impressed” with the scope of the product, as well as the easiness of its integration.

The company expects Player Props to become a solid hit with its players right from the start, and only solidify their commitment to providing innovative sportsbetting and Bitcoin products.
